Here at OWN Trust, we believe that gathering the views of our staff and giving them the opportunity to have a voice is vital. It provides the best way of improving their experience as part of our team. Our team members (you) are the ones who have first-hand knowledge of what helps or hinders in making a difference to the Trust, its schools, and its children.

By keeping us informed, you can help turn obstacles into suggestions and then help implement solutions.  We ask that you are not anonymous, but we will keep your comments confidential where requested.  These may also include highlights from the school you work in that you feel should or could be trust wide and that other staff may benefit from.
