Reception Place Applications for 2025 

We are delighted to inform you that applications for Reception places at Woodston, Orton Wistow and Nene Valley Primary Schools are now open for children who will be starting school in 2025. We would like to invite you to visit the OWN Trust schools and submit an application as soon as possible. 

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. We know that you will want to research your options, and we are here to offer support and guidance.

Key Information: 

• Eligibility: If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 and lives in Peterborough, you need to apply on this page for a reception place for them for September 2025. 

• Application Deadline: Please ensure your application is submitted by 15 January 2025 

• How to Apply: Applications can be made online through the local authority website at https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/residents/schools-and-education/school-admissions/starting-school-in-reception.
