Digital Sign-In System Rolled Out in the Schools
By Fiona Scheider, Marketing and Communications Officer
IT and Estates staff from the Trust Central Services Team have been busy installing a new Digital Sign-In System called vPass across the schools.
Visitors and staff will be able to sign in and out using the wall-mounted i-pad in the entrance area of each school. New branded lanyards have been produced so that each adult's role (Staff, trustee and local governance committee member) is easily recognisable by the colour of the lanyard, with visitors wearing red.
A digital sign-in system like vPass will help the Trust manage the flow of staff and visitors into the school buildings more efficiently while enhancing security and improving the visitor and staff sign-in experience.
