Faye joined the trust January 2023 and splits her time between supporting the Central Services team and supporting the SENDco’s at Nene Valley, Orton Wistow and Woodston Primary school. She has a wide experience and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and SEND processes which allows her to support the SENCO extensively with administrative tasks.

Faye also brings with her over seven years of Admin/ HR experience which allows her to support the growth of the Trust. Her aim within both roles is to ensure extensive administrative support is given to SENCOs and the Central Services Team, to allow for consistency and growth.

Outside of work Faye enjoys creating her own candles and wax melts, taking regular breaks around the UK and cooking for her family.
