Nene Valley Primary School is part of OWN Trust, a small but growing multi-academy Trust, which was founded in 2019 and also includes the primary schools of Woodston and Nene Valley.

The best way to get a feel for Nene Valley Primary School is to come on a visit. We would be delighted to welcome you for a school tour, whether your child is considering moving schools or starting school in the next September intake.

If your child is looking to join us in Reception in 2025, please complete the Admissions Enquiry Form, and we will let you know the dates of the tours when they are confirmed.

Spaces Available

Nene Valley Primary School admits children from Reception up to Year 6.

This means that your child may start with the new reception intake in September, or move schools to join Nene Valley Primary School at any point in the year, depending on the spaces we have available.

The number and location of in-year places varies throughout the year. We always welcome new children joining our schools, so please ask us about spaces, and we will be glad to advise you.

Applications are made through the Local Authority Admissions Department, and we are here to offer support and guidance.

Please visit the Local Authority Admissions Primary Schools Admissions webpage for the most up-to-date information about the application process, including deadlines and guidance. The closing date for applications is 15th January 2025.

Applying to Move Schools
